In it for themselves

From my experience

Muslims that work to establish Islam and spread it. More often than not, they’re in it for themselves.
They seek glory, when glory belongs to God and He gives it to whom He chooses.
They believe they are the most knowledgeable and pious in the room. They are the tutors and not the student.
Just annoying.

INTRODUCTION

LEMMA: A word or phrase defined in a dictionary or entered in a word list.

The Oxford English Dictionary (OED) has more than a million lemmas

Instead of talking about words, it’s more useful in this context to talk about lemmas, a lemma being the base form of a word. For example, climbs, climbing, and climbed are all examples of the one lemma climb. Just ten different lemmas (the, be, to, of, and, a, in, that, have, and I) account for a remarkable 25% of all the words used in the Oxford English Corpus.

If you were to read through the corpus, one word in four (ignoring proper names) would be an example of one of these ten lemmas.

Similarly, the 100 most common lemmas account for 50% of the corpus, and the 1,000 most common lemmas account for 75%.

But to account for 90% of the corpus you would need a vocabulary of 7,000 lemmas, and to get to 95% the figure would be around 50,000 lemmas.

The Quran says

1 The Most Gracious (Allah)!

2 He has taught (you mankind) the Qur’an (by His Mercy).

3 He created man.

4 He taught him eloquent speech.

I wonder if the Most Gracious taught man a language/speech whilst he taught him Quran?

The Quran has a few hundred words that are repeated again and again e.g. Fii or alladhina or man or min or ‘ala

I wonder if you learn these few hundred words that repeat themselves can you engage in conversation in Arabic?

I wonder if you get a translation of the meanings of the Quran – then those translated words will repeat again and again – I wonder if you can learn the fundamental’s and core of a language such as Arabic or another language through the translation of the Quran?

1 The Most Gracious (Allah)!

2 He has taught (you mankind) the Qur’an (by His Mercy).

3 He created man.

4 He taught him eloquent speech.

Can you gain access to languages through the Quran?

1. Who is it for or not for?

This is written for persons seeking to lead more productive lives. Creating content that adds meaning and value.

If you want to spend your time over pointless random entertaining things carry on using what’s app.

Intro
Before. Fed up of regular interruptions. Even if silent. On screen. U have xy msgs.
Msgs added no meaning or value. Communication without intimacy.
Useless arguments. Misunderstandings.
Every hour I would spend 5/60 on what’s app on average. That amounts to 60 min a day.
I’d rather spend that time with loved ones. Gym. Or learning or reading something beneficial.
If you’re hungry what would you prefer a piece of chocolate every hour or a meal every five hours.
FRIENDS FAMILY

can’t engage in normal conversations. Constantly on phone. In between conversations.
NOW
Get more done.

Freedom from my phone. Focus on bigger more meaningful things in life. Adding value.
Two phones. One I’m recording on now. And the other only for sms txt and speaking. Minimal.
Good for collaboration. Exams. Google methods to not get involved in conversations such as one to one msgs.

WOULD YOU GO BACK TO WHAT’S APP?

For instant messaging back and forth on an One 2 One basis? No
